Although everything is Source/God, depending on your needs various energies come through to be of the most assistance to you. I have channeled Christ Consciousness since childhood so it comes easily through me, but I also have channeled archangels, fairy energies and extra-dimensional beings for clients when it was more appropriate for them. Although I have been trained and certified as a Reiki Master and Theta-Healer, I believe that these modalities (and the many others that exist) point all to the same truth: Love heals. Energy healing works because we are all connected beyond the physical realm. When I tap into this field of consciousness and I connect to you, your body has the opportunity to rise to the same vibration, which is the high frequency of healing. The only caveat is that healing occurs only so much as you believe it to be true. In the end, only you can heal yourself (like Jesus said, "your faith has made you well")!

For those of you local to me I offer individual and small group sound baths (Singing bowl sound meditations) at your choice of location. I always include some channeling tailored to the persons present at the beginning.

Sound has been a well-known healing modality for ages, and its effects are now scientifically documented. Sound vibrations help the body and mind to get back to homeostasis (balance). Benefits include reduction of stress/anxiety/depression, muscle relaxation, clear mind, improved focus, and more. Sound meditation is a wonderful complement to our self-healing abilities.
