Yes, everything starts with energy, and yes we are the creators of our reality, at a much deeper level that we take credit (or responsibility) for.

Channeling a higher consciousness (be it ascended masters, guides or interdimensional beings) allows for information to flow through and remind us of who we truly are. In fact, many clients report, after a session, that what they heard felt so true because it was like "thewy had already heard it before". A deep knowledge stored in our system is resurfacing with channeling.
